Do I need to create an account?

What happens if I forget my log in information?
We understand that our deals are overwhelming which can lead you to forget your log in information. But that’s okay, just click on the Forgotten Password and follow the steps to retrieve your information.
How long does the deal last?
Deals will go live every day at 12pm CST and only a limited quantity will be available. So hurry and get yours NOW!
Will I be charged sales tax?
We do not charge any sales tax unless the package is being delivered to an address located in Illinois. As required by applicable state law, it will include all shipping and handling costs.
How do I get notified about the events?
We will send you email notifications prior to the events along with the upcoming events. You can edit your notification preference through your account.
Am I guaranteed to get the product that I choose?
Each product will be reserved in your cart for up to 24 hours or until quantity lasts. So hurry before it disappears!
How do I know if what I buy will fit me?
Most products will have a product measurements chart to assist you in your choice of size. However, if you are unhappy with the size or the fit, you may return an item by following the return guidelines.
Can I order by phone?
To keep the cost down and to promise always half-off or more, we don't take orders over the phone. All orders must be made through the website.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express via authorize.net payment gateway and PayPal.
Why do you charge my credit card before you send the merchandise?
To ensure there is proof of funding prior to shipment, we require payment before the packages are shipped out.
Are the transactions secured?
We take pride in protecting every one of member. That means that the information you share with us is secured. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your card information as it is transmitted to us.
How long will it take to receive my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number along with the method of shipment. You will be able to track the package through the carrier website. Please allow 3-10 business days for your goodies to arrive.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not. We apologize. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
How can I cancel my order?
We understand that you sometimes change your mind. You will be able cancel your order for up to 60 minutes after making the purchase. To cancel your order, please contact our cancellation support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order back to our warehouse facility for a full refund. (Returns must be unworn, in state that was received and in it’s original packaging).
• Purchases that are $9.99 and above will be able to return for up to 365 days from the date of purchase.
• Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Once your return has been accepted by our Return Merchandise Department, it may take 24-48 business hours to inspect the package. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 5-10 business day for the credit to be applied back into your account.
Please note that returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be processed.
How do I apply for a return?
You will need your Return Authorization number to make a return. To apply for this number you:
• Log into your account and click "view your order history"
• Click on the order number that corresponds with the item you want to return
• After being prompted to the next page, you will see a green arrow on the same line as the product
• Click on the green arrow
• Fill out the form
From there, you will receive your Return Authorization Number and instructions as to what you do next
Can I get free shipping and returns?
All orders ship free. We hope to offer free returns in the near future.
What if my package arrived damaged, defective or if the wrong item was sent?
If any of your orders are damaged, defective or you received the wrong product, we will happily resolve the issue!
Please follow the instructions below:
• Customer must contact customer support at email@example.com to report the issue within 5 days of receiving the product.
• Depending on the order, please keep in mind that we may ask for a picture of the product.
• We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number along with a pre-paid return label.
• Once your item has been returned back to our facility, we will process a full credit back to your credit card.
When do I get my credit back from a return?
Depending on your credit card company, it may take 5-10 business day for the credit to be applied back into your account.
Can I buy in bulk?

Can I return clearance or final sale items?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns on items that are marked as clearance or as a final sale item.
How do I find out the status of my order?
Once you are logged into your account, you will be able to retrieve the status of your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation along with your tracking number. We know you’re excited, but don’t be a stalker.
What does Random Assortment mean?
Random assortment means that it is chosen at random. The colors or styles will be randomly selected from our very popular stock.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders generally take 2-3 business days to process.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
If your order weighs less than 1 pound we should be able to send your order through the United States Postal Service. This shipping method does not include tracking. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for delays or mis-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used.
